Pretty in the city's new location is sooo pretty. I love this new place, so chic and cozy, modern look. The staffs are friendly....I'm from Markham so this is little far for me, but I was in the area, then decided to come in check out their new location....It was last minute thing, so I just got my nails done with the new nail polish...called gelish...dry so fast compares to the other nail polish...you can put your shoes on or do things right away.
It's been 2 weeks and still look like new, no chips , no scratches at all.....
It was worth it and I can't wait to go back for my lashes and nails done again:) -

I just got my lashes done today.
LOVE Them LOVE Them LOVE Them

First time I've had my lashes done. If I haven't of gotten another coupon from http://Onespout.com, I would have not come across this cool boutique beauty bar .
Price seem a bit pricey, but quality and good service is what you get! I will definitely come back for refills @ regular price :) -

If you have ever tried putting on lashes by yourself and an hour later came out of it with even less lashes then you started with, than this is the place for you. Pretty In The City is a boutique spa that specializes in semi-permanent lashes that can last anywhere from one to two months. The lashes are applied individually so they look lush and completely natural. I've been to other places but Pretty In The City by far has impressed me the most by their service and superior work. I really do feel like a movie star after these lashes are applied, and the best part is I can go swimming without worrying about losing my lashes in the water.
As far as prices go around the city, they are affordable and well worth those glorious months of seductive fluttering, sure you can go with those cheap lashes, but then you feel cheap....... -

The lashes done at pretty in the city are possibly a girl's best indulgence.
I've been going there for synthetic eyelash extensions for about 3 years and am completely hooked. It takes about 2 hours for the application, which provides a nice nap if you need one like I often do, and they usually last me about 4 weeks before I need a refill. The glue is not visible at all and based on your preference they can give you a natural look or something more dramatic. I always go with the natural look and it just makes my eyes look more noticeable and feminine. I've seen both Veronica and Julie and they are both good and give consistent results. They are pretty down to earth and cool to talk to as well.
The only negative thing is that there is a long wait for appointments. I usually book my next appointment before I leave and it works out but if I forget, it's a long wait unless someone cancels. Still worth the wait though.
