I chose Poooh Busters to be my 100th review because of how much I love them. If I could give them more stars, or bonus stars, I definitely would! Poooh Busters is also involved with some local animal rescues, which I love.
We have been using them for a few months now and couldn't be happier. I used to dread the days of going outside and picking up the poop. We did it, because we had to, but by no means did I like it. Sometimes we would try to have contests to make it go by faster (yes I'm serious) like whoever picks up less poop has to make dinner, do dishes, and do the next beer or wine run. But I still hated it. Nothing was worse that the weekend melts...
Now we don't even think about it. Poooh Busters comes once a week to pick up the poop. They leave a nice door notice to let us know they have been there, and how many weeks we have pre-paid left. Bad weather? hop on facebook, they post updates if they are unable to make a round out to some neighbourhoods. They always make up for it another day, or just get it the next week. They look out for their customers and don't want to waste your credits if they can't find the poop. Have a question? Send them an email. Erin is super friendly and always quick to reply. It's so easy to do. Pay online, and just forget about the poop. We would recommend them to anyone. Whether it's just a one time clean or weekly service.

I love Poooh Busters! I've used them for probably over a year. I can't even remember anymore. But they really are superb in customer service & super convenient. I've called another place inquiring about pooper scooper services & never even got a call back. Poooh Busters always replies or someone picks up the phone with a cheerful attitude even if they're in the middle of scooping. They leave a notice on your door to let you know they've been by & how many weeks of service are left on your account. I also love how convenient it is to pay online & how Megan let's you know they've received the payment...even at 10pm at night!! Their prices are reasonable & I love the discounts if you prepay. (I'd prepay the whole year if I knew Ginger wasn't going to croak at any point...she's 14.) Their service is invaluable because it saves me time so I don't have to spend hours outside after the snow melts to go pick up poo!! I love owning a dog but hate the mess that comes with it! Thank goodness for Poooh Busters!!!
