I am a huge fan of supporting independent shops around town, and while this place isn't huge they have managed to jam a lot of products into their little location on Dundas street just east of Church.
Upon moving in close by my husband needed some paint thinner and goo-gone. Not knowing where the closest hardware store was I did a quick Google search and discovered this place.
The staff in here are pretty friendly and are quite helpful if you just tell them what you're looking for. While it is a bit dark and as I mentioned jammed full of products, the store clerks are pretty good at finding what you need.
They also do key cutting here at a pretty low cost which came in handy around move-in day when we needed to get an additional key cut.
Just be careful and check the hours. Because it's not a big franchise they keep pretty limited hours.
