Burnt bacon and burnt maple syrup roll ups on the side. Bacon was raw on the inside yuck
Side of spinach salad with goat cheese and dressing was unusual. I prefer fruit and to not have dressing soaking into my Bennie
Bennie was good, cheese added nothing but cheese strings to the dish?Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Dec 12, 2014Previous reviewBurnt bacon and burnt maple syrup roll ups on the side. Bacon was raw on the inside yuck

The good folks at The Little Grouse recommended Poached and I'm so glad they did.
This menu is breakfast decadence and selecting something isn't easy because everything, seriously, seems so appetizing.
I chose the Poached Over Crab and Shrimp Risotto Cakes. The eggs were deliciously soft perched atop the cakes that melted in my mouth.
If I lived in Saskatoon, I might be here every morning.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Angie H.West End, Vancouver, BC03Mar 5, 2024

Two of us came for breakfast based on the rave reviews.
First of all, they get a rare 5 stars from me. Right from entry through to departure, the staff were amazing. Well done to the owners for creating such a warm and friendly atmosphere.
The food was equal to the task. Absolutely amazing from presentation to taste. Perfect in every way. Even the coffee was excellent.
I can not recommend this venue enough and I will certainly be making it my "go to" place for the future.
Spectacular.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Andrew C.Old Toronto, Toronto, ON01Feb 19, 2024

Amazing vibe, fantastic service, and the most tasty food. Tried the Baileys infused French Toast and the portions were small yet dense so very filling (I'm a French toast connoisseur). In addition, my son tried the berry bowl and considered fresh and tasty. Pretty epic and looking forward to our next visit!

If you are a vegan call ahead to verify they have the vegan selections offered. Unfortunately for me this was not the case but to their credit they helped modify what options they did have to make it work. The food is tasty and service is great. I will visit again when in town but will call ahead.

Came here for breakfast, had an almond milk London fog and the breakfast plate with farmers sausage, rye toast, croquettes, and bacon-pecan rollups. It was quite delicious and the spot it uniquely cafe like. At night time it becomes a cocktail lounge called Flynt..
The service was good, but we didn't have consistency, there were 4 different girls who served us and ran food.
Would return, however, expect to spend $60 for 2ppl including tip!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Andrew S.Davis, United States610240Aug 1, 2019
My go to breakfast place when in Saskatoon. Beautifully poached soft medium egg covered in velvety hollandaise on top of a thick cut bacon and English muffin.
Order but the classic benedict. Anything else is travesty to the name.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Tom Y.Varsity View, Saskatoon, SK0341Oct 27, 2021
Not a very big restaurant but they have an amazing brunch lineup, so make sure you go early so you can get a seat. Spectacular eggs benny plus gluten free options (I'll admit, any restaurant with GF options I will be biased to). Despite my bias, you can trust me when I say this, you need to go there. Sure its a tad on the pricey side, but that comes with the territory, they serve great food in the heart of downtown.

This place is incredible. The atmosphere is wonderful- service is great. The food is to die for. The bacon roll ups are out of this world. I am gluten free and there were many options for me here. Settled on the veggie bene with GF muffin and I am so glad I did. It rocked my world. If I lived here I would be at this place all the time. I loved it. Nice job to the owners - this place is really fantastic.
