This is a typical Planet Hollywood. The outside is a bit tired and could use some updating. Be sure to check out the handprints as many of the stars names are mispelled.
This place suffers a bit from having two entrances. While we were there for ~ hour or so and the customers were confused by this. The staff did their best to handle this but it's seems to be an architecturally problem. Speaking of the staff, they were OK, friendly and attentive.
So why four stars? The cook made up for the lackluster environment. Everyone who had the chicken raved about it. The wife reports that, even after two weeks have pasted since we went there, it was the best cesaer salad she has ever had. It was fresh and perfectly prepared.
Kudos to you Planet Hollywood's version of Gordon Ramsey. -

The best I can say about Planet Hollywood is you now get fries. When they first opened they wanted to charge you $12 for a burger and some potato chips. I seem to recall the burger being made of real meat. The $14 burger I got was quite a nice size, ample fries, but the patty tasted like it was made from a lot of filler. My companion order the cheese cake and it was rather dry and hard, like it had been sitting in a fridge for a week. Not fresh.
Planet Hollywood could have been so much more but its largely been abandoned with its world wide failure. It's fun to look at some of the props, however. -

Never judge a restaurant by it's neat, yet extremely tacky outside.
The girlfriend and I were on one of our many visits to Casino Niagara as we exited the parking lot and decided to visit the giant globe, neighbouring the casino, that is Planet Hollywood. It was a mistake from the outset.
I get the feeling that this specific Planet Hollywood was forgotten by its owners after it opened. The decor is outdated and tacky, as expected, but a whole bunch of it doesn't even work. Projectors showing nothing. Giant CRTs that screen old clips from movies, complete with out of sync audio.
Not to mention that the seating is weird. They sat us right in the middle of the globe and it feels just like that. Like you're sitting in the middle of a snow-globe and a bunch of non-functioning animatronics are staring and laughing at you, warning you to leave before the food comes.
I should have listened to my hallucinations. I ordered the pricey NY Strip Steak and extremely disappointed by the result. Half of the steak was nerves and the other half was rough and dry. My potatoes left a lot to be desired, but did enough to fill me so I could leave without having to visit another restaurant.
As I tried to hold my food in, we waited 20 minutes for our waitress to return with the bill. It wasn't very busy, but we couldn't see her anywhere. Who can blame her from trying to get away?
Planet Hollywood feels a lot like old Niagara, with its outdated references and "attractions". The city is doing a good job with its face-lift, but Planet Hollywood remains a big, round blemish on that process. -

Beware of the outside stairs! There are several stairs that are loose and flip up if you step on them. Can you say liability issue?
Anyhoo...tourist season was over and it was very apparent because their "lunch rush" was us and 3 other tables in this HUGE restaurant. We had to go for lunch because any time we tried to go for dinner, it was mysteriously closed or was having a "private event." The theme of lazy waitressing continued at this place as well as every other place we encountered on our trip. Our wait time or her checking back on us was just not acceptable. The food was 50/50. He got the Tuscan Chicken Sandwich (our old "usual" when we had one near us) and I decided to try the BBQ pulled pork sandwich. I immediately regretted that after tasting his. His was awesome, mine barely had any BBQ sauce on it. I was so hungry at that point I didn't care because it would've been cold by the time she came out of her hiding place to ask her for a side of BBQ sauce much less refill our waters that had been empty for 10 minutes.
When she came over with the check we had to credit card out and waiting because by this time, we'd learned our lesson that if we didn't have money ready to go, we'd be waiting an extra 10-15 minutes anywhere we went. -

we went here in 08, just found this website so thought id give a review.
we really enjoyed the food here! texas tostadas were great! as was the crunchy chicken. my husband and i split these two appetizers as our meal. would loved to have eaten here again but this was our last meal before heading home.
the only reason i didnt give it a 5 star is the prices are really high...but when traveling i guess most of these places have high prices and this is on the canadian side where everything cost more. but for a $10 kids meal for a 3 year old i thought to be really ridiculous.
