This is a pretty eclectic store that seems to be especially geared towards earth lovers and/or holistism and spirituality enthusiasts. Planet Botanix offers natural body products, including those made by the local owner. Courses are also often offered on how to make your own body and aromatherapy products.
They also offer books, jewelry/crystals, gardening supplies, plants, decorative knick knacks, pet care products, candles and natural cleaning supplies.
If all this isn't your thing, Planet Botanix also offers a large range of massage treatments, including Chi Nei Tsang, Reiki, Hot Stone Massage, Reiki with Crystals, Quantum Touch and Lymphatic Drainage with essential oils.
Specialties
Planet Botanix specializes in natural living. Our store is anchored by natural bodycare created by the owner, a certified aromatherapist. We offer a huge assortment of pure essential oils and other ingredients for the do-it-yourselfer, as well as workshops to help you create your own products.
The store has alternatives to commercial products including homeopathic remedies, natural cleaners for the home, beeswax and other natural wax candles, crystals and crystal jewellery as well as a wide selection of uplifting books, cds and cards.

History
Established in 2005
Planet Botanix was created around the 15 year old bodycare company, Beebalm and Basil. The owner, Heather Garrod, is a certified aromatherapist who had been creating alternatives to commercial bodycare since the birth of her first child (now 16). As demands for different natural products expanded, so did the Beebalm and Basil line, which now contains over 50 products, including 11 different kinds of soap! As aromatherapy is a lifestyle, it was a natural progression for the store to carry healthy products for the home. Holistic therapists on staff compliment the concept of natural living and natural healing.
