I went for the buffet, they didn't refill the pizzas and the ones that were out there were pepperoni and sausage or just pepperoni. The caesar salad was out the entire time, and the only breadsticks were some dried out cinnasticks. For all this it was over $10. Outrageously priced for horrible food.

Why do people still eat this crap?
Ok, this is going to be more a review of Pizza Hut in general, not so much this location specifically.
There was a day when Pizza Hut was very good. Not anymore. Not by a long shot. Pizza Hut keeps tweaking their prices to compete. They also keep tweaking their recipe accordingly. They claim they don't, but anybody who has been paying attention over many years knows better. It keeps getting worse and worse and worse. I'll ask again, why do people keep eating this crap?
Because it's cheap? Because it's "safe" (in the sense that the crap you know is "safer" than the crap you don't know)?
Stop it, people! If you keep buying their crap product, they think they're doing ok and they'll keep making a crap product.
FWIW: The service at this location is very good. Only the pizza sucks, but they have to go by a corporate recipe, so that's not their fault.
