Our small Pitney Bowes postage meter is very awkward to use and when I called Pitney Bowes, I was told that it was designed for 5 or 6 pieces of mail a day. Who needs a postage meter for 5 or 6 pieces of mail a day? We are paying over $1,000 per year for postage meter that is awkward, we have to pay approx $100 for ink for it, and when I asked to get out of the lease early, I was told that I would have to pay the full amount of the rest of the lease even though we are really unhappy with the machine and the lack of value for us.
Now that the lease is expiring soon, we have to pay for it to be returned to them or pay $150 for them to arrange to have it picked up. It is a little bigger than a shoe box!
Pitney Bowes represents everything I dislike a vendor...arrogant, rigid, charge too much for too little value, difficult to deal with....can you tell that I will never do business with them again? I felt so ripped off!
