I had my phone repaired here numerous times. Not only did they fix the problem, which I was quoted at hundreds at a competitor, but they gave me freebies like a case to prevent problems in the future.
Great service, always ready to answer my call. For someone who's attached to his phone 24/7 and travelling a lot, my phone is my lifeline. Thanks Pineapple! -

Made appointment yesterday, today at arranged time, Matt stands me up. Phoned him and at first he doesn't remember me, then says he's on a mobile repair, then says he's sorry, he won't be able to make it as his dog died. No offer to reschedule or anything.
Thanks for standing me up and wasting my time and money. Non-existent customer service, won't be going anywhere near this place again!

History
Established in 2008
It all started a few years ago when the iPhone 1 came out. It was an amazing device but it had that pesky glass surface. Long story short as I don't want to ramble, It broke. I had to get it fixed but the only option I had was to pay $200 to some guy working out of his garage or take it to apple who charged $229 + tax. I opted for the third option which was to fix it myself. The job took about 8 months to complete as I just couldn't work out all the details but when it was said and done 8 months later, I was a happy camper. I soon realized other people were in the same predicament I was in a few months earlier, so I set up shop and its been clear sailing since then.
