Like the first reviewer, I also enjoyed the bread bar. They keep the bread in labelled cupboards with glass doors. You toss your bread on the grill, and when it's just right, you plate it up and slather it with some of the delicious spreads on the counter. And I'm sure they must have some kind of liability coverage just in case someone is injured as he is retrieving his bread.
The food was pretty good--not very authentic Italian, but hearty and tasty. I had some sort of chicken manicotti with an abundance of sauce, cheese on top, and surprisingly good-quality chicken. The prices were reasonable, and our waiter was attentive and really funny. Piazza Joe's is a good, safe bet. -

GRILL YOUR OWN BREAD!
For real, these folks at Piazza Joe's Italian Eatery & Nightclub have a bread bar. You order your drinks, then head over to a myriad selection of breads and butter-based spreads for your wheat-loving pleasure. I tried the Sourdough with Italian Herb Spread and it was delicious.
Their draught beer is really clean and delicious as well. Food is pretty good too. Piazza Joe's is a great family dining choice, or a great way to spend the afternoon on a patio.
