Four stars for being a $10 passport photo location in an area where the same things go for a higher price. Losing out on one star for taking 15minutes to get it ready, sure it's still very fast, but I was the only customer they were working on at the time and printing out and cutting 2 pictures should not have taken that long.
To their credit though, they told me it would be 15minutes and they didn't go over, and being amongst a lot of shops you can easily find something to distract you while your picture is getting processed.
Decent store hours and lots of standard and some quirky photo related products such as frames, albums to purchase as well. -

I work part time at the toy store a couple doors down so I've popped in here a few times.
The owners are very friendly and they have a solid selection of core items for your picture printing needs. They have a good selection of frames, they do their developing in house, and they also have some other fringe products that can make for some good gift giving in a pinch. -

Had to get my passport pics taken on my lunch hour - biz travel coming up and silly me let my passport lapse.
I asked around and a co-worker mentioned this place, couldn't remember the name, but directed me to right where it was.
The place is small and in the "not so nice" area of Cumberland Terrace, but the staff was friendly, fast and they even have a few cute frames I'm thinking of going back to get. They were busy - I was the 3rd person to get a passport pic taken in the 20 mins I was there.
They have a mirror for you to get ready in and are very aware of what the Passport office will accept and not accept - they made me take off my earrings to avoid the picture from being rejected.
My pictures were ready in 10 mins and the price for the two photos was ok too, $10.40 after tax - much less them Blacks.
Photo Imaging offers passport images in black and white and colour - but i had to ask for B&W as their default is colour.
Have a stop in if you need your passport pics taken.
