I love the Pho here! They have a a huge list of soups to choose from and have no problem with making substitutions. Always have excellent service too!
My favorite is the Phonatics Special - YUM!
p.s. They don't really have vegetarian options but are willing to accomodate -

Phonatics Vietnamese Restaurant recently opened in Skyview and I'm glad I stopped in for lunch because it was more than I expect. They specialize in noodle bowls, rice bowls and soups. In addition they also have individual dishes you can order. The menu reminds me a lot of Pagolac.
I had the beef vermicelli bowl for lunch, which I recommend. While I waited for my meal I enjoyed sipping on tea, which accompanies each meal. I like the tea pot because it was very streamline and very much in keeping with the minimalist theme of the restaurant. The serving size of my meal was rather large so those with bigger appetites won't go away hungry. The veggies were fresh, the beef tender and the spring roll wasn't greasy. Overall it was very tasty. I was a bit disappointed as the met was warm, not hot.
There was a steady stream of lunch traffic and a good portion of the dinners were Asian, which I've been told is a good reflection of the authenticity of the food. The service was a bit slow and I had to wait at the till for a while before I could pay my bill. However, it's a good place to get lunch for under $10. -

I like the food, but I'm no pho expert.
