Phoenix Cycles

Grumpy response when I phoned. Grumpier still when I looked in. But i was new to the area and wasn't sure where else to go. The repair was botched and the work will have to be redone. I won't take the bike back because I have no confidence in them.
I won't be going back.

This cycle shop has been around for many years, and sells reasonably priced bikes. However I was disappointed that when I recently popped in with the miserable service, as manners and a smile cost nothing!! Parking can be found in the sidestreets nearby, but to be honest, I would give this place a miss.

I was interested in the last review. Must have been a bad day. I have been buying bikes for the family from Phoenix for the past 20 years.
Each purchase has proved to be based upon sound advice from the staff at the shop who have that plus factor, they know what they are talking about because cycling is important to them. and they are ready to share it. They don't just want to sell you a bike!
Been to Halfords and all the rest and yes maybe the bikes are cheaper but when it all goes wrong I have found the service second to none. Phoenix are worth getting to know it's paid off for me in the long run.
