The Pho here is (in my experience) as good as it gets for Vancouver, and honestly this is one of the cleanest restaurants I've ever been to, period.
The spring rolls are awesome. -

I do not think this place is open anymore. It is a Sushi place now, so I went to Hai Phong which is next door.

Above average quality Vietnamese pho specialist. Currently (since Hai Phong closed) this is my favourite spot for pho in the Vancouver area. The beef in their pho is particularly flavourful (one of the "beefiest" versions I have tasted in Vancouver), and the broth is very fragrant. I suggest making sure to get one of the pho varieties that includes the rare beef, which is extremely flavourful and very very tender. They serve it right - still raw and cooking in the soup to your preferred doneness. I just wish they would also have tendon - which they never seem to have! Service is very friendly even though they are frequently very crowded. The condiments are fresh and plentiful. The decor is a bit more modern than many of the other Vietnamese restaurants in this concentrated area, and they tend to use higher quality ingredients, so they charge slightly higher prices accordingly. Still a moderately priced lunch that proves extremely satisfying.

Review from Vincent L.

One of the worst Pho places I've been. I ordered take out vermicelli which came with spring rolls and beef. I got home and found 2 spring rolls the size of my thumb. Literally. With barely any fillings in it. This was quite upsetting and I've never seen a Pho restaurant as bad as this one. There is another Pho restaurant right next to it which I highly recommend.
