Nice to see a pho place in this neck of the woods, it's as south Richmond one can get here--Steveston/No.5 Road!
Lots of 'stuff'--the Ten special, a bit of everything, meat, onions, tripe, tendon, and the noodles the right texture. You know it's authentic b/c it's not the round size lol.
But ice coffee was just alright, since i have very high standards...pho thuan & japolo are my favs.
Another appealing feature is that you don't come out smelling like, u know what i mean ;) Quite spacious, and more nicely decorated than your average pho.
relatively new building and parking can be a bit busy w/ Original Joe's & Taco Del Mar right beside it.
For the clean freaks like me, luv how the chopsticks come wrapped. -

I am not a Pho expert, but this stuff was excellent. The broth was neither too salty nor too bland. It seemed like a perfect concoction. The beef mix tasted good after it "cooked." I had plenty of add-ons like bean sprouts, green chili pepper, mint, lime, tamarind chili paste, etc. I also got a couple spring rolls that are rather large and very tasty.
I have one last thing to mention. They close at 9pm on Tuesday and I called at 9:10pm. The gentleman who answered the phone asked me if I wanted the food for carry out. I told him that would be great if they would still serve me. I thought this gesture was enough to sell me on this place, but the food sold me even more!! -

Great broth - Loved the Pho and the service was great. We had lunch on a Sunday and lunch appeared super quick - I don't think our order for spring rolls hardly got to the kitchen before they appeared on our table.
Quick, clean and super tasty - these guys are doing it all right. -

Pleasantly surprised. Food was very good. Prices are pretty standard for a Pho place. Modern decor. Clean. I have two complaints. It's tucked away in the far corner of Richmond and closes @ 9pm. I guess this is what they mean by "Hidden Gem"?

Chiming in, I really don't know my Pho but I know when something tastes like dirt...and this sure didn't! The ambiance is nice, the service is quick and the value is great. I'm so glad there's something a little more interesting and new near Ironwood. Whoo! Took some friends here who'd never even heard of Pho before, and they absolutely loved it as well.

Overall - price, quality, quantity and services - the broth is a half star.
We ordered #9 10 and 11. When the first bowl arrived, the waitress said 11 then we were a bit puzzled for a moment who that bowl for, then the waitress said "they are all the same." no point deducted, but I find that true - :( and also false, my order had beef ball missing !
soup base still has a thin layer oil on top, but otherwise pretty tasty. meat quantity not as much as shown in posted photos, but close to.
being new, very clean and eco-friendly and large facility. -

Finally a pho place near our workplace so no trekking out too far to get my fix of lemongrass chicken!
I came here with a large group for lunch. Ample parking, and a nice clean space. There are lots of choices on their menu, along with fruit smoothies-avocado smoothie, anyone?
I got a vermicelli with lemongrass chicken and spring roll. This was quite good-a good portion of the vermicelli, lots of lettuce to mix in, the sweet sauce was perfect, and the chicken was not overcooked or charred like some other places.
Quick and efficient service, I'm sure this is going to be a regular lunch place for us. -

The address will get corrected and it's busy. So despite Yelp having the wrong address, people have found this place.
The food was good. Soup for Pho was a bit cold. It was kinda just warm when it should be really HOT. Otherwise the flavour was good and the toppings in my soup combination was decent.
I got the #10. From what I heard the toppings were a bit sparse before, but I think they've remedied that now and the portions are reasonable.
This is the only Vietnamese place in this corner of Richmond, so they have a bit of a monopoly. There is competition down #5 by Cambie at Pho Boy, but that's really another neighbourhood.
So I can say that this is the best in this part of town. Hands down.
And the two guys next to me thought the one of the waitresses was HOT!
Oh really?
I also had the Banh Mi with Pork and that was decent too. Overall it's a solid 3 out of 5.
So if you're hungry for a bowl of Pho or noodle or rice dishes.
It's worth a try. -

Great broth, tender steak and a pho place that takes debit... what's not to love?!
Been here twice, once during the week with a colleague and once with the family on the weekend. Pho Ten delivers in both roles, both as a fast business lunch and as a kid friendly lunch spot.
Staff were friendly on both occasions and we left satisfied. A great little pho place near Ironwood! -

EASILY THE BEST PHO RESTAURANT I've been to!!!!
Pho Ten is new, but it it truly among the best Vietnamese restaurants I've been to.
It was Clean, and Delicious with Fresh Ingredients and quality broth. The broth was non-fatty, the veggies were so fresh they snapped in my mouth.
I've eaten my fair share of PHO and in general, I'm not a fan. Pho usually is a hot, greasy, salty MSG mess.... but this wasn't the case here. After going to PHO Ten, I was very impressed with food and decor....and plan to go here more.
The restaurant is VERY clean and well run.
It's new, but it looks well run and can maintain the consistency! -

Nice to see they put the correct address back in this listing...
I'm so glad they opened this place close to where I work! I went for lunch with a group of people from work, and then took my girlfriend there later for dinner!
Service was great, food was great! We'll be going here regularly! -

I work nearby and I used to eat lunch here at least three times a week when it opened, but the place has has lost some of it's appeal. They used to have the best subs but they are no longer available on the menu. The pho is good in my books although my Vietnamese friends tell me it's not the best, and it is above market price at $8.50 for a large. Probably the best thing about this place is the atmosphere, which is the nicest out of any pho place I've visited. The place is sparkling clean with modern decor and great service, which is a refreshing break from the typical run down pho restaurant.

Finally, there is a pho walking distance from my house. When we went, they were only been open 2 weeks. It is family owned; the mom was one of the cooks and 2 of the waitresses were siblings. All in all, the food and service were okay. They mistaken my order and took awhile to get some water and ask for the food to be packed up. My ordered an avocado bubble tea, but they ran out of avocado and pearls. She ordered the Mango, but ran out of that. I had the rice dish. Next time, I will get the ban-mi. That maybe the last time I will go again just to try the ban-mi. I guess, I'll just have to drive to get some Pho!

Finally had the opportunity to try the new restaurant. It is indeed a very quaint, family run business that cares about quality - quality of service and quality of food. My wife absolutely loved the Pho. Well prepared with the right mix of flavors make it a great choice.

wasn't expecting much...hungry @2pm looking for comfort food on a hectic weekday. it was either the same old Tim Hortons or pho., took a chance and walked to pho ten and was pleasantly surprised. not bad for the area. i especiallg liked the spring roll with taro filling. The pho with raw beef and beef balls not bad as well, only complaint not enough beef for a $7 pho. I've had better but definifely not around the Steveston/Ironwood area.
