By far this is the best PHO place for me in Edmonton.
I love Pho..Pho, Pho, Pho! Soup Pho you, soup Pho you...NO SOUP PHO YOU!!!
On a serious note...what is Pho? Pho is a noodle soup. Very basic ingredients of a bed of rice noodles in a bowl, various meats, herbs, and this hot broth poured on the food, then topped off with sprouts and challots or green onion. Side dishes could be Hosien sauce or red chili paste or chili oil. The one side I really like is thinly sliced onions with red chili paste...no kissing after this is eaten!
This soup is great...its so great, it makes your nose run...be careful, your nose may run to much that it drips in your soup...ok...ok..ok. This place is great, if you are not in the for Pho they have other rice dishes and noodle dishes with bbq meats and veggies. I also love the vietnamese salad rolls...mmm. The roll it is pretty much rice wrapper with noodles, a thin slice of pork, lettuce, chives, cilantro, and shrimp. This roll you dip in a peanut sauce...ohmigod...so good. I could eat these all day. They also carry fried spring rolls as well with a sweet vinegarette....mmm.
You know after eatting, you can head back in to this famous mall...well I guess its famous. Its called West Edmonton Mall, supposedly the biggest mall attraction...yadi yadi yada. Its a place to shop and other stuff. You can definitely walk off the Pho you just ate and shop yourself silly. Enjoy the Pho...Happy Eatting! -

This is one of the best place to get pho and other great Vietnamese Food. I really love Pho and this is one of the best place to get pho in Edmonton. This place is a must.
