We were at this restaurant last year....at this same time: Namely, March Break.  Last year the food was so good and relatively cheap, and healthy to boot, we decided to try Pho Century again.
Only now, it's no longer known as Pho Century but Pho Xyclon.  The decor is still the same, the staff are still friendly and the food is still great.
We had the usual....spring rolls, grilled beef with vermicelli (bun), pork chops with rice and small salad and a side plate of lobster claws.  It was all delicious.
And the washrooms?  Still clean as ever!

After a few days on the road, I wanted something other than fast food and chain restaurants. Pho Century seemed promising. BUT 3 dishes and 4 problems later, I'm sorry I went:
    (1) shrimp was not fresh...not quite spoiled, but starting down that path
    (2) mango salad, which had potential, was ruined by being drowned in way too much gloppy dressing...could not enjoy
    (3) waiter brought the wrong dish and insisted I had misordered (the menu #s proved him wrong)
    (4) we were overcharged for the above mentioned gloppy mango salad which is unusual in a restaurant where you order by #.

Sorry, Pho...I so wanted to like you.
