Stopped in here for dinner last night. There are basically 2 options, beef or chicken broth with various add-ins.
I ordered a chicken broth based soup with shrimp and BBQ pork. Tasty, and the shrimp were perfectly cooked. There was plenty of fresh cabbage and chives.
Service is great and our order came quickly.
Be warned - always seem to forget they are CASH ONLY. There is an ATM on site if needed. -

My cousin and I were in the mood for pho, after hearing all the hype about Pho Bo Ga, we really wanted to give it a try and see for ourselves.
We went there this afternoon, on a Wednesday around 4:30pm. The place was empty, aside from a couple of people at a table in the corner, and a few employees and their friends near the cash. It was very clean and the place was dimly lit, with a very warm and relaxed atmosphere.
The man at the front told us to sit wherever we wanted, and the second we sat down, we were given a couple of menus, a pen and piece of paper, and some hot tea. We quickly ordered two small #13s - rare beef, beef brisket, beef tendon, and beef tripe rice noodle soup. We also got two orders of shrimp spring rolls.
They brought out a plate of pho garnishes right away. The bean sprouts were fresh, but a bit broken up. The plate also came with lime, and Vietnamese cilantro/coriander and mint. The soup also came very quickly, nice and hot, with broth that wasn't greasy at all. We found the bowls to have a lot more broth than filling, and more noodles than beef. There was a lot of tendon, however, which is great because usually pho places can be a bit stingy on the tendon. It was good, but we wished it was more flavorful and we were really disappointed that it didn't live up to the hype, and didn't meet the standards of a couple of other pho places in Chinatown.
They were changing the oil for the deep fryer, so we didn't get our spring rolls for awhile, and we just asked for them to go because we were in a bit of a rush. It only took us about 10 minutes to get home, and we were really looking forward to the spring rolls. Unfortunately, they were even more disappointing! The rolls were crispy but were filled with rice noodles and just a bit of shrimp, and the dipping sauce was salty but had no flavor.
On the plus side, the service was great. They all seemed to be quite young, but fast and friendly, and made sure to accommodate my cousin's serious peanut allergies, assuring us that the pho and spring rolls had no cross-contamination. The bill came to $25 with tax and tip, and they charged 25 cents to use debit. They also had free little guava candies at the cash, which were great for after the meal. -

I was in Chinatown craving pho and I saw this place and remembered a friend telling me it was awesome so I decided to try it instead of the usual Pho Bo Ga L.A. I ordered a small pho with rare beef to go. It's reasonably priced (6 for a small), I know of a few places that will charge 7-8 dollars for a small. However, I would pay the extra 1-2 dollars, it was really bland. I usually go to Pho Bo Ga L.A. and every time I'm there the broth is soo salty but soo good, the broth here was really bland, it I didn't add hoisin and sriracha sauce it would've been inedible. The meat was also really fatty and definitely not rare. I'll stick to the usual I guess. I should've got the hint when there was NOBODY in the restaurant.

I've brought everyone who hasn't tried Pho here and they always want me to take them back. I often grab it for lunch.
The service is exceptional from the kitchen. I can order and leave with my food often in 10 minutes. The atmostphere is great if you want to dine in aswell.
The shrimp egg rolls are so yummy!
