Nick and I just got back from Winston's intermediate graduation at PetSmart. As soon as we left, exchanging phone numbers with Nikita's pet-parents and saying goodbye to Tanya our trainer, we were already talking about his next class. We are considering the click-a-trick class, and would choose Tanya as the trainer, as she is excellent.
I was wary of the store at first, wanting only the best for my dog. However, the 6 weeks of training just flew by and I do feel like he got the best. Not only is Winston no longer a one-trick pony (literally - he looks like a small pony), but I am much more confident in handling him. We also found a great spot to go to on rainy days when the dog park is just not an option.
The staff at PetSmart is always very happy and they are great with the puppies. Winston is now a regular at the PetsHotel and the Doggie DayCamp, where we bring him when we go on short trips.
