Let's face it, I love my dentist!
He's really nice, never tries to talk me into treatment I don't need and has even discouraged me from treatment that I wanted and he didn't feel was necessary.
His office is super clean, the staff are amazing.
Dr. Friedman's office used to be on Front St and it was quite cute, but the new location on Wellington is beautiful (can you even say that about a dentist's office). When he redesigned his new office he made sure that the patient's needs were first and foremost...each operatory has it's own television suspended above the chair so you can watch your favourite program while getting your teeth cleaned.
They submit your dental claims electronically, if your insurance company allows for that. He'll even allow patients to postdate their payment for up to one month following treatment as they wait for their insurance company to reimburse them...though my insurance company usually deposits the payment in my acount within a couple of business days after receiving the electronic claim from Dr. Friedman's office.
Dr. Friedman is alway very nice and makes sure to explain everything to you, he'll answer any questions you may have without making you feel like you're an idiot. He's also really good at small talk which goes a long way to making people feel comfortable.
Let's face it, a lot of people hate going to the dentist, but Dr. Friedman and his staff actually make a visit to his office quite, dare I say it, enjoyable.Listed in: 30-Day Yelp Challenge,…
