I was surprised to see almost only Hagen products (of the home aquarium fame) in this store - very little selection except for Hagen brand, which is really poor.
Prices are higher than my local pet store - compare $13.99 for a litter pan at PetCetera to only $7.99 at my local Bosley's I later learned. Also, I was overcharged on my litter pan @ $20.99 and had to make a bit of a fuss to get the problem resolved.
Likewise, Temptations are $2.28 compared to $1.99. Rip off!
Biggest rip off: they say they have things 'on sale', but you can only get the sale price by signing up as a member, you find out at the till. I told the clerk that I would not provide correct information on the member form, and he was unfazed by this - so I filled out the form using clearly bogus information and got a member card, which I promptly left behind, and got the 'sale' prices.
Avoid this place and instead shop locally!
