I discovered Personalized Chiropractic when I bought a voucher for an initial exam and massage. I'll be honest, I did it for the deal on the massage.
I've never been to a chiropractor before, but I've always heard great things. I came in for the initial exam, which included x-rays and a thermal scan. Dr. Walcher and Michelle were extremely nice and helpful. The first visit was very informative and I learned quite a lot about the affects of the spinal column on the nervous system, as well as subluxation.
I came back the week after for a massage and to consult my results from the initial visit. After speaking with Dr. Walcher about my results, I decided to get my first adjustment and continue coming on a consistent basis to correct my spine.
I've only had four adjustments, but so far, so good. I've had constant pain in my shoulder for the past 7 years from a hard fall while snowboarding. The shoulder pain hasn't flared up once since I started my adjustments; it used to flare up at least 1-2 times a week. Overall, my body feels better and I sleep very well. I'm not sure how to describe it, but after each adjustment, I feel taller.
What I am impressed most with how nice and professional everyone is here. Dr. Walcher and staff (Michelle and Lynn?) are very personable. For example, after my first adjustment I got a phone call from Dr. Walcher later that day to check up on how I was feeling after the initial adjustment, and later that week I received a welcome letter in the mail. Also, I think it's great to be greeted by name when I walk into the office. During my second visit I mentioned I was going on vacation and I thought it was really nice when they asked me how my vacation was when I came back. You wouldn't think people would remember when you're a new patient. For me, it's the little things that count and shows that they really make an effort to be personable with each and every patient.
I'm very happy with Personalized Chiropractic and look forward to my progress in the next few months. -

I am so happy to have found Personalized Chiropractic. Dr. Walcher and staff are super friendly and Dr. Rob is amazing with his adjustments.
After living in pain and having no strength in my back and neck for over 10 years, going to the Chiropractor has giving me my life back.
After my adjustments my back and neck feel wonderful and my over all health is much better.
My son also is being adjusted and Dr. Rob is great with him, explains everything in detail and listens to what my son has to say.
I highly recommend them for you and your family. -

I went to Personalized after a friend of mine hurt his back working out & gave me a free evaluation visit. I've had back issues most of my life from sports & working out, i also have been doing crossfit for 1yr averaging 4 days/week as well as a lot of racquetball which i've had a history of throwing my back out....so i'm typically "tight" and "sore". I've been seeing Dr Walcher for over a month now about 3 days a week and i am already feeling much better & it seems to be helping me not be nearly as achy in my back. I would recommend if you're looking for a chiro that you visit Dr. Walcher & his super friendly staff..they'll take great care of you!

I started at Personalized Chiropractic a few months ago when I had some lower back pain flare up after running a half-marathon. I wasn't sure if it was related to that or something more serious.
I went in and had a screening with Dr Walcher and he recommended a treatment plan to alleviate the lower back pain and also bring the curvature back to my neck and spine. Within a week my back started feeling better and now there is no pain. I feel great and sleep much better since seeing Dr Walcher. My insurance covered the whole treatment so I didn't even pay a dime out of pocket.
The environment is VERY friendly and Michelle at the front desk is great. She NEVER gives me a hard time for missing my appointments ;)
Overall, I highly recommend Personalized Chiropractic :) -

I have suffered with back issues since I was in my teen, I find Personalized Chiropractic the most detailed, caring and well-rounded chiropractic care I have ever personally experienced.
My entire day to day over-all life has completely improved as a result of Dr. Walcher's customized treatment therapy, I am so thankful to have my body back!!
Best chiro ever, Dr. Walcher is very caring and sensitive to your needs and physical strength & growth!

My husband and I tend to get bad back pain and because of it I try to go to a chiropractor on a regular basis. So when my husband and I moved to San Diego from the bay area we didn't know who to turn too. My husband tried someone who did not seem to be helping at all. Then my lower back pain started to flare up so I started looking around for a good Dr. Reading reviews on yelp I found Dr. Walcher and gave him a try. Instantly we knew he was going to make a difference for us. My husband quit going to the other chiropractor and we have been seeing Dr. Walcher since summer and he has made such a huge difference in our health and well being. I no longer have any back pain and I very rarely get headaches anymore. I highly recommend Dr. Walcher if you are looking for someone to help and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

It was only a month ago when I twisted my ankle in some very high heels. As my foot, ankle and a portion of my leg became almost unbearable to walk on I dreaded an emergency room visit for what could have been 6+ hours at the VA. I limped into Dr. Walcher's office and was able to get X-rays right then and there and found out my results immediately. Thanks for taking great care of me!! I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Walcher!! And Lori really makes the office a super friendly environment where first name basis is the only way they conduct utmost kindness and professionalism.

I'm so lucky to have found Dr. Walcher. I was unsure about seeing a chiropractor because I didn't know if it could help me with the stress, tightness and pain I was feeling in my shoulders and back. But after a thorough consultation, x-ray and scans I was positive the Dr. could help me. I've been a patient for over almost 4 months now and I've noticed significant, life-changing results from my adjustments. My neck & back pain have been reduced dramatically and my over all stress level has decreased as well. I feel better physically and psychologically since I began chiropractic care and Dr. Walcher has been a big inspiration in my commitment to my treatment. Without his professional knowledge about chiropractic care and over all body wellness I would not be feeling so good! I look forward to my adjustments each week because I know I'll feel even better afterward.

Prior to pursuing chiropractic care which, I had never done before, I used to experience pain regularly due to sciatica and my right-side trapezius. This had been ongoing for several years, until I met Dr. Walcher while he was exhibiting at the Fashion Valley mall. I told him about my problems and he explained very clearly to me on the cause and affects. After, it all really made a lot of sense! So, I gave it a shot and went in for an examination and treatment. I never would've thought this helped as much as it does! Fast forward to today... I've been a loyal patient for, I think, at least 5 years, now. I highly recommend Dr. Walcher and Personalized Chiropractic. He's very friendly and knowledgable and has a clean, comfortable office in the PB area right next to the beach.

I had been having lower back pain for a few years and decided to go see Dr. Walcher after my mom suggested I see a chiropracter. After a few weeks I was feeling better and after a year I was feeling 100%. I was actually feeling so good I stopped going and guess what, the pain came back!!! That was the worst mistake I could have made. As such, I went back to see Dr Walcher and have now been going for a few years. I have never felt better. If you're in pain, I strongly recommend his services. He's very personable, intelligent and simply the best at what he does..
