After doing a lot of research,this was the only place I would consider to purchase my Appliances. I'm a repeat customer there and i was always impressed with the excellent Service received. This is the only appliance store i'n Penticton that offers free delivery, free Set up and no charge for hauling away your old Equipment. Their confidence in their Product is clearly shown by them adding an extra Year of Warranty, incl. Parts and Labour without any extra charges to you the Customer.
They are also the only Appliance Store i'n Town that offers their own Repair service.
Most impressive is the fact that if you do need a Service done, you will be talking directly to the Sales Personal and not to someone over Seas with an terrible Accent. This all needs to be taken into Account before making your decision on where to make your next purchase. The Days of the 30 Year old Appliances are long gone and having prompt, excellent service at an very competitive price should trump all.
