As a first time customer for glasses of any kind, I was treated very well by Pearle Vision at North Hill Mall. The doctor on site was amazing, but what stood out particularly was the service provided by Brette at the front of the store. She was very professional at all times and handled situations with such grace and composure. My husband and I purchased four pairs of really nice glasses for about 600. Well done, Pearle Vision North Hill!

I purchased two pair of glasses yesterday at the Chinook Pearle Vision store. The lady there worked with me for over an hour and I think I tried on every pair that was in stock. She offered me several suggestions and eventually together we found two great frames, one for reading and one to be made into sun glasses. I would strongly suggest that anyone looking for two pairs of glasses for the price of one to shop at Pearle Vision. I was treated with respect and left the store knowing that I had got the products that I wanted and was treated very well when I was selecting my frames. In this day and age when customer assistance is an old fashioned concept I can assure you that is at this store.

This Pearle Vision is simple. I went in here looking for new frames, I really want green ones. As I browsed the frames a woman came and asked if I needed help, I told her what I was looking for. She said they only had a couple green frames, I tried them on and they didn't work for me. They carry affordable options, like Vogue, and designer frames, like D&G. Their selection wasn't too impressive, they had mostly black and brown frames. They charge $80 for an eye exam. Lenses start around $95 and up.
I would return to Pearle Vision for cheap options when it comes to eye wear. The service was friendly. It wouldn't be my first recommendation though. -

Had a frustrating experience with Crown Optical, so decided to take my business elsewhere. The Pearle Vision (Chinook location) was a shot in the dark, but it really paid off. I called for an appointment for a contact lens fitting and got in the next day. When my boyfriend and I entered the store, we were promptly greeted and told it would be a couple minutes wait. No problem. We were then taken to a back room where the optometrist Rod was incredibly friendly and very accommodating. He made sure my boyfriend and I were both comfortable. He looked at my current prescription and suggested that I try a different brand of contact lenses because my eyes get very dry. He didn't push them on me, and listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions. He was incredibly efficient and fast, but he didn't rush me in and out of the store. I cannot say enough great things about Rod. I told him how sick of wearing glasses I was, and gave me a trial pair. After he had placed my order and given me glasses case for my glasses I went to the front to pay. It was only $139 for a box of left and right contacts, as opposed to $253 at Crown Optical. The only problem I encountered was that the only insurance company they bill directly is Blue Cross, as is the case with many other eye care centers. No big deal. I was assured that my order would be ready in a week, but I suppose I shouldn't be entirely satisfied until I have them :)
All in all, fantastic service, and I recommend Pearle Vision to anyone that has to wear contacts or glasses!!!
