4.5 stars.
Definitely my favourite bubble tea place in Surrey. Make that the lower mainland (although Dragon Ball was fantastic, I just haven't gone enough to really say fairly!)
The slush series is lovely. Love the taro. Love the strawberry.
Service is friendly and quick! The prices are fair. And I really like the fact that they get a stamp card. -

After Dragon Ball Tea House withdrawal, I've hadn't had pearl tea drinks for quite some time.
Passing by Surrey area I spotted a branch of Pear Fever and decided to stop by.
I always enjoyed their fresh taro and wanted to know if they were consistent, which they proved they were yet again.
Pear Fever Tea House's always had good service and great interior. This branch didn't disappoint as well.\
My only complaint is that the taro balls had no sweet taste. Dragon Ball still wins this hands down. If they can perfect the bubbles, they will earn their 5 stars. -

So you close at 11. I get there at 10:59 p.m. You're there with a buddy, just ***waiting*** to get off, and you tell my friend and I that you're closed and we should go to Bubble World down the street?!?

Review from May B.

My go-to spot for bubble tea when I'm in Surrey.
It's definitely a teenage hangout, as it was for me. You've got high school students making your bubble tea, high school kids lounging on the seats and marking up the tables, and the latest hiphop/Asian pop blasting on the sound system. It's hit and miss whether to sit in or not, depending on whatever crowd is occupying the store when I'm by.
But the bubble tea is always good, that I can rely on. One of my faves is the Chocolate Malt Pudding, which I remember was a custom drink that cost $5+ before they put it on the regular menu. The Strawberry Lemonade is reminiscent of Red Robin's Freckled Lemonade, which I love. They've got a good selection of smoothies, a little more limited on the milk/tea options, but that's ok, I love them anyway.
