BEST Japanese dog grooming spa in Yaletown!   $50 for bath and tidy for my cockapoo.  It took 2 hours and a bit for the whole process.  Cashew looked very cute..all puffed up and more importantly really happy afterwards and went all hyper after the bath as he usually does.

EMI gave him a very cute bandana for him to wear. I love how detail oriented she was.  ASK FOR EMI !

I will be their regular customer from now on!  The cost may be steep (Yaletown prices) but it is worth every penny.  Dogs deserve to go to pawsh places too :)

As high maintenance as it sounds to bring your pet to the "spa", this is really basic hygiene that every dog needs to go through - regardless of whether you're taking them to a "spa", to the vet, or taking care of it yourself at home. The "spa" part is really just for the reassurance for the pet owners that your dog will be taken care of in a safe, pampering environment.

Before the grooming, my long-haired Pomeranian Teddy had uneven lengths of long wispy hair and a thick double coat.  After, his entire coat was given a trim with clean, straight edges, and the undercoat brushed out and detangled for a lighter, brighter, airy coat.  Teddy came out of Pawsh with a much more defined, shine-y coat.  As gross as this may sound to a non-pet owner, the area around his bum-bum hole was also neatly trimmed so poo wouldn't get stuck in the long fur

Pawsh will give you a phone call approximately 15 minutes before your dog is ready to be picked up.  If you're early, feel free to browse through their selection of pet products.  There are studded collars, jewelled leashes, premium doggy treats as well as Canucks-themed clothing.  If you're late picking up your dog, he'll wait for you in a play pen area.  When I arrived at Pawsh, my dog Teddy was wearing his new little bandana, patiently sitting and waiting for me to come pick him up and bring him home!

My dog has been getting all sorts of compliments from friends, family, coworkers and strangers about how clean, and well-groomed he looks.

I had to bring my puppy to another groomer to fix the job that was done at Pawsh. I didn't realize that I should have asked for Emi as the other reviews sound great. I would suggest that you just go to the groomer who is getting the great reviews as the other one I got left each side a different length. This was an expensive lesson to learn. I have finally found a great groomer and will not be going back to Pawsh. The picture attached is my puppy after she was groomed by Paw Prints who fixed the problem.

I was driving by one day and noticed the doggy Canuck jerseys on the window, and made a mental note to come back. I called first to make sure they had enough sizes in stock, because there's nothing worse than getting your hopes up for something and making your way over there to find out you were too slow and they've sold out.

I was assured they had many sizes, so after work I walked down to get one. The lady working there was very helpful, and she had a super awesome bulldog behind the counter named George Costanza! (Like from Seinfeld!) She recommended the large dog shirt, even though my little Bruno usually takes a medium, and I wasn't sure which would fit better. Turns out, she was right! Bruno looks very handsome in his little jersey, and $40 later I was a proud hockey mom.

Been taking my 2 mini schnauzer there for the past 4 years now. They're the best. My dogs always have that pineapple fresh or should I say pina-colada sort of smell on them which always reminds me on Honolulu for some reason. Wish they'd tell me what was but it a home made stuff and a company's secret recipe so I am not gonna bug her about that for now. Location is extremely close to where I live within walking distance. Got no issues with any of the groomer, they do an awesome grooming job.
I am sticking with Pawsh and got no plans of looking for any other groomers.

Pawsh is an upscale dog salon in Yaletown. I take my dog there all the time as it is extremely convenient as it is extremely close to both home and work.  The staff are always very friendly and you can usually get an appointment within a week (except around the holidays when you need to book a good month in advance).

The girl that currently grooms Kaiya is quite good - I believe her name is Emma or Emme or it at least begins with an E. Kaiya always looks great at the end and is usually done in just over 2 hours. Honestly, I'm extremely pleased with this groomer.

The reason that I'm giving Pawsh a 3 star review is because of the other groomer that is employed there. The first time I brought Kaiya in to get groomed, when I picked her up, I was completely horrified! They had completely shaved her ears, paws, everything aside from a one inch round tuft at the end of her tail. It was hideous. She's a Bichon Shih Tzu cross so you're just not supposed to do that. The only reason I took her back for a second go, was due to the convenience factor of their location, the extremely long wait to get into the next closest groomer, and the recommendation from someone else to try the other groomer.

I've also heard from people in the area that they have mixed results with Pawsh so it's not just been me. I highly recommend them if you ask for the groomer that I mentioned earlier, but run if you can't get her. Also, be extremely detailed in the description of the cut you'd like for your dog.

ok where to start. This place really takes care of my little monster. For $30 they take her for 3 hours bath her, excercise her, clean her ears, anals and clip her nails. And for an extra $10 get a coat of polish. They were so surprised that I gave them a tip. Will be taking her back here at the end of each month LOVE YA !

I've been taking my Teddy there since January of this year - about 4 times.  They do an awesome job, he looks and smells wonderful each time and is so happy.  I highly recommend them - they are a great and competent staff.
