Review from Lara P.
This is how doctors and medical offices should be. They were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and relatively fast. I came in for a tiny thing really but they did not give me grief. Instead I got welcomed in a nice and calm environment with relatively minimal information to provide to get seen by a doctor. No more archaic 3 page intake form. The doctors all looked professional and friendly, even greeting some of the people in the waiting room. The doctor who attended to me looked at the matter quickly and provided options for consults, providing the most accessible option. I had no idea that medicine in Canada could be this good. I hope they open up more facilities like this or at the very list emulate their model. I hope to be healthy always but if I ever needed a doctor this is where I will go!!

This one gets a 5 star from me. What?! A doctor's office that doesn't have a god awful wait time? Check. Excellent GP? Check. Excellent other doctors should your GP not be around? Check. Conveniently located to TTC, St. Mike's hospital, and immediate blood and urine testing? Check to all.
I read the other review of Patient Networks, and I would tend to agree. Sometimes, the receptionists can be a little on the snooty side. However, to me that 12 seconds of attitude doesn't overcome all the positives that this place offers. I have been here many times, through many seasons at many hours of the day and the longest I have ever had to wait was 15 minutes. I compare that to some of my old GP's where minimum wait time was at least 45 minutes. The doctors at Patient Networks are all young, willing to listen, empathize very well and provide excellent service. -

My go-to walk in clinic. Fast and efficient. The counter staff are a bit curt and often surly, I think they are overworked and need a hug frankly, but the doctors - particularly Dr. Singh, is fantastic. Great referral system. I had a skin issue and BANG he referred me to a skin specialist in the building where I work. Cool and convenient.

I've done the grand tour of downtown walk-in clinics thanks to a recurring minor problem my GP is too busy to treat. The usual drill: long wait to be ushered into the doctor's cubicle, then another slightly shorter wait for the doctor, then a third wait wait for a nurse and a fourth for the doctor to check the nurse's work (we're talking a blocked ear). At Patient Networks I only wait once--for a courteous, efficient doctor who does everything himself, pronto, and asks as I'm leaving if there's anything else he can help me with. True, the reception staff are not exactly welcoming (one was on Facebook the last time I stood waiting for attention). But they're certainly no worse than other clinics' receptionists, and the total experience is a whole lot better. I can't comment on Patient Networks as a family practice; for me it's a stopgap service--one I expect to count on for a good while yet.

I've been a patient of a GP at Patient Networks for the past year and a half, and while I have nothing but positive things to say about my doctor, the receptionists and service at Patient Networks is awful. They are rude and have to be reminded multiple times to book your appointments with specialists. My doctor warns me every time she books with me a specialist to call the receptionists over and over again so they actually book the appointment.
"Poor service with an attitude" would be an apt motto.
