Everytime I go to Pasquale's, the food and service has always been great. Definately recommended for a smaller restaurant feel.

Some parking on the street. Limited parking in their rear parking lot.

Oh yeah, they also have a private room for larger gatherings available.

All in all a good place to meet and chat, the food and price were good as well. Made it by last night to meet another couple on the way to a play. We made reservations which proved to be a good idea, as it got very crowded by about 6:30. The bruschetta was really good, and the rest of the meal was good as well. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their choices. We will likely make it back in the future, but it would likely be a similar thing of meeting another couple on the way to something (or after for that matter) .

I've eaten in the restaurant a few times and have also ordered out (via mobile m'aitre d).
The restaurant is walkable from St. Boniface hospital.
I've only eaten on the main floor but I do believe there is an upstairs, outdoor patio if the weather permits.
Pasquale's makes reliably good italian food.  The portions are very large so bring your appetite.  There are a sizable number of entrees to choose from, and they also make thin crust pizza.  Prices are pretty reasonable for a Winnipeg restaurant.
I like going here for lunch or a low-key dinner.
