One should expect a lot better from a BMW dealer. I've given them 2 tries and they're out. The service department is fine, but don't expect a loaner. The sales staff are very aloof....and will pretty much promise the world to make a sale.The problem comes when they fail to deliver. Buy your BMW at Brian Jessell.....a world of difference.

I've used P.S. for service many times while my Z4 was under factory warranty until 2009. They were courteous and professional enough. If I could 3.5 stars I would. My only turn-off was when I had to limp in with a flat tire. They charged me $700.00 for 1 tire. I'm not a fan of price gouging. Most other experiences were positive.
