Well, let's get to it. Both of my grandparents are buried in this massive cemetery. I used to live about a five minute walk from the cemetery so I've walked by, and through, it about a hundred times. It's as pleasant as any cemetery can be (I personally find them pleasant!) and it's especially beautiful in the summer as it spans a really nice part of Etobicoke just west of the Humber River and that whole Old Mill area.
Park Lawn Cemetery is also a really popular place for runners. There are wide paths throughout the cemetery and if you go on group runs with the Running Room in High Park you'll surely run through it on one of your long Sunday runs. I had to make a pitstop at the mausoleum one morning to use the washroom, and while it felt kinda weird, no one gave me any hassles about it.
