I have got to give this tiny clinic* a high five. I almost hate to spread the word on it, but really, It's the least scariest clinic I've ever been to! The receptionists have always been really nice and they're very well organized.
They have to be, one doctor and one assistant handling the office. Maybe a couple more bodies but that is all the space can handle. With a 12 doctor roster listed, the experience may vary, but so far for myself, I've been a few times and was treated professionally and respectfully each time.

I've not waited more than 30 minutes, and have actually been told to go relax and grab a cup of coffee and come back when my name comes up. There's a JJ Beans cafe right across the parking lot, so it's perfect.

*A walk in clinic is not what I view as the best kind of health care, (to say the least on that subject...) BC is such a rich province so I don't understand why there aren't more GP's.

Too many people with no "family doctor" doesn't sit right with me, but if you have to get a quick visit to check something out, a clinic like this one is wonderful to have available.

Thank you doctors and MOA's ! You are saints in my mind.

Rude service, long waits. I called the clinic to ask what the time waits were and started explaining my situation why may not need to come in and was hung up on in the middle of the conversation. When I called back and informed the receptionist that I was in the middle of the sentence when she hung up and her reply was: "why are you calling here then?" wow, while I am yet to find a decent clinic in this town this truly is a pinnacle of customer service ( /sarcasm).

When you do get that coveted appointment, the doctor rushes you through and it's evident that they are not even listening to you when you speak. The shortage of doctors in BC is disgusting and the only reason such "clinics" can actually exist.
