Yeah, I know, I don't review corporate places. But this is the one chain I enjoy.
Whereas I'm applying this review to a specific location (that is how Yelp works), this review is for all Panago restaurants.
Why 4 stars? Well, the pizza's are always well-made. And they do pride themselves on quality. And they aren't overpriced. They also have so pretty good monthly deals.
The other really important consideration is grease. Their pizzas are not greasy at all. I really hate buying a pizza, opening the box, and seeing the inside of that box soaked with grease. That is an all-too-often occurrence with most pizza places.
Panago is big on quality and freshness. I'm not going to suggest that everything is super fresh and that they don't use some frozen ingredients, but they do maintain a good quality. I've never had one of their pizzas and felt that any of the ingredients were off.
I also enjoy their range of choices. The three different types of crusts, the five different types of sauces, the four varieties of cheese. Even getting just a simple ham and mushroom, you can play with the crusts and sauces and cheeses to get something that feels a little out of the ordinary.
As chains and pizzas go, I've never felt disappointed with a Panago product. -

Decent, but not outstanding pizza. No comment on their food delivery, as I've always just done takeout from Panago. No complaints - just not the best or worst pizza, but somewhere in the middle.
