Honey Menu presented by Panache at the Westin Bear Mountain Resort. As part of a small group visiting the resort we were treated to an outstanding, and uniquely "local" dining experience. Each of the exquisite courses featured honey harvested from bee hives located only a few meters from the restaurant and personally maintained by the chef and kitchen staff. The menu started with Spicy Wild Honey Prawns followed by Honey & Champagne Sorbet. The main course of Honey Balsamic Glazed Beef Tenderloin was perfectly prepared followed by a dessert topped with Salted Wild Honey Ice Cream. The superb creations not only reflect first-class culinary skills
but also a true connection to the local environment. -

Jack &I stumbled across this place when we arrived at the Westin where we were staying. We didn't feel like driving back to town for dinner. This place actually had a table for us. Yeah! Both food and service were great, top notch. But it is quite expensive. I would definitely eat here again.

Panache is the restaurant from which I now base all of my ratings. Panache is the restaurant that made me sign back on to Yelp and update (lower) some of my recent restaurant visits. After having Panache, nothing else is truly five stars. So good. The amuse-bouche, really amused my bouche.
