Review from Tom L.
excellent location smack dab in the village so close to the shops, restaurants, and ski lifts
the hotel itself was very nice, clean, modern. lots of different choices- we went with the one bedroom. bed was comfy, nice balcony where you could see the village and a full on kitchen.
And.. service was awesome! -

Three of us were supposed to go on the Whistler mini-holiday - last minute one was injured and couldn't make it. We tried to change our 2 bedroom suite to something smaller and couldn't. Upon arrival, they told us they had upgraded us to a three bedroom, split level, penthouse suite. I've had smaller apartments. I would love to have this suite as my apartment. I may never leave.
Nice staff. Valet was nice, front desk was nice, bell hop was nice (a little young and a bit "my first job" - but nice), the service staff were nice, the lounge staff was nice - everyone was nice. No one had that "5 star snobby" vibe; much more "real people" attitude. Exactly what is needed for this area.
There is a restaurant somewhere. I saw the in-room menu and food served to people in the lounge. Based on the free breakfast buffet for the mornings I was planning on skipping any additional meals here; glad we didn't. We ordered a few dishes for dinner on the last night - all were absolutely fantastic.
Valet didn't damage my car, always a plus.
All around great experience. -

This is a much overdo review from our stay in Summer 2007.
We booked a 2 bath 2 bed condo for a family of four and this place was perfect for us.
Full Kitchen with Granite and stainless steal appliances if you want to cook. Nice fireplace and definitely spacious enough for la familia. It looks just like the photos on the internet.
Breakfast buffet in the morning was top notch with fresh foods. Only knock here is that it got a little crazy some mornings.
Staff, including valet and front desk was really helpful and helped us book jetboating and other activities (including the kids club for my preschooler)
Overall - great service and location. I would go back. What's not to like about Whistler in the Summer -

Greeted by awesome hot (and taken) Scott who worked in valet.. he started our trip off right! We got a great room with a full kitchen, ipod player, enough room for the 3 of us. It felt really comfy and relaxing at the same time. We spent the day by the nice pool overlooking the ski hills. Oh and they have a great continental breakfast! We asked for a late check out and we really needed it, and we got it! I would totally go back here. Located in the heart of village, accessible to all the happening stuff.

This is probably one of the better hotels in the village, so the price is reflected in that statement. Everything from check in to check out was great. They even held on to my food for a few hours after I had checked out. Rooms were very nice and clean. Pool was small, but big enough for my pre-teen kids.
The only issue was that the rate they had in their system was different from the one that was confirmed to me. I brought it up and they quickly resolved it.
The free complimentary breakfast was one of the best perks since you can go down until 11am, and eat enough to cover lunch as well. -

this spot is legit. big kitchen. full sized fridge (full of beer). large bathroom with split shower/tub. looking forward to hitting the 'cuzzi after the mountain tomorrow. :)

Just got back from 3 nights at the pan pacific whistler village. Sooo much better than the chateau whistler. No comparison. The service is similar to the four seasons: no such word as no. Chateau whistler they'll tussle with you given the chance. Most important difference is the rooms at the pan. very well appointed with wood trim and good room layouts. Pan vs chateau whistler Pan wins hands down. No contest. Also way better located. Right in the village where the action is.
