Pags is my favorite Seattle take out pizza. The Stone Way location is my go to spot, but the quality is good at all. The manager here is super nice and everyone working the counter is great as well.
The pizza is always tasty and their salads are great as well. Try their Salami Picante, delicious! -

Yum yum yummy pizza - the best in Seattle!
Love Pagliacci, their margherita pizza is the best: san marzano tomatoes, fresh moz, fresh basil and sea salt - I want some NOW!
Super nice people at the Stone Way location, too. -
Review from Ed D.
Since I eat Pagliacci's at least once a week, I don't know why I'd only given them four stars in my last review. For my taste, Pags is the best pizza in town.
And I'm continually blown away by their drivers. Every other food deliverer shows up with a disgruntled expression, throws the food through the door, grabs the money, and runs. Pags drivers are friendly and often insist on showing you the order to make sure it is right. One time they opened the box and the pizza had slid to one side and squished on the box edge - without hesitation they apologized and gave it to us for free. Top notch service!Listed in: My Neighborhood, Top Restaurants

I should have written this review so much sooner. I have tried a lot of pizza in Seattle and Pagliacci's is my favorite delivery pizza by far. Quality ingredients, yummy sauce and a perfect crust. Mmmmm. Just ordered one. :)

Been ordering from here for years. So far this has been my favorite pizza delivery in Seattle.
Earlier this year I placed an order and had it delivered with a card reading, "This ones on us". Doesn't get any better than that! -

The very best pizza and salad in the Pacific Northwest. I first fell in love with Pagliacci Pizza when I attended college at the University of Washington. Anytime I'm in the Seattle area, I always try to stop by one of their many locations for a slice or three. Thomas Kemper root beer served cold as well. You can't go wrong with Pagliacci!

Picture this: I've lived in Seattle for years and I've only had Pagliacci's pizza for the first time this summer. Late pass, I know! I owe credit to my friend for ordering a pie for us to eat during the World Cup USA/Ghana game.
I'm quite picky about pizza and even pickier about crusts. Most of the time, I don't even bother eating the crust, but Pagliacci's crust is just as good as the pizza. Not an easy feat apparently because not too many Seattle pizzerias can get it right.
This place deserves it's own dance. I vote for the Asamoah Gyan dance! -

This pizza chain may not know it but they are in one of the most tech savvy cities in the country. It is time to wake up to the world of online ordering and maybe even bust out an Android or Iphone App. I can't believe I had to CALL and wait on hold to get some food, this might have been acceptable at a Mom and Pop place and this definitely isn't one, but I digress...
The pizza itself was pretty tasty and I appreciate all the "specialty" ingredients to choose from. Also it was ready right on time for pick-up as promised. It is a little pricey and coupons are harder to come by then other pizza joints so I get my pies from here a whole less often then other spots. -
Review from Ian S.
I was not able to successfully order pizza from these people.
I knew that there was a delivery outfit just down the way, but I couldn't find them in a phone book.
I now know why this is: central call center.
So just like the SuperMassive Pizza Empires, they have a central call center where you can not actually talk to anyone who is making your food.
I don't like this very much.
It didn't help things when she (my call center pizza operator) couldn't help me out with what to order. I didn't have a menu and that was hosing the whole process. Eventually I gave up and called someone else.
So there is a Pagliacci pizza place here. Look at the website and give it a try. Perhaps you will have more luck than I with just a telephone.
---
Update: I was able to order from them after I dropped in and picked up a menu.
An overpriced and really quite bad spicy pepperoni appeared some time later. The "large salad" was about two cups of weakness. It was a total ripoff for bad greasy pizza.
The crust wasn't bad, but you should most definitely hit Milano or Pudge Brothers instead of this place. Cheaper, tastier, and better.Listed in: Wallingford Food Delivery

With all due respect to Ian S., I don't understand what the problem is. The Pagliacci empire operates with an almost Orwellian efficiency and reach. If you're a repeat customer like us, they caller ID you to pull up your entire life's pizza-ordering record. They know what you like to order, they know where you live, they know your credit card number--it's all a little spooky. Even the freakin' canned recording that answers when operators are busy--even "she" knows if you're a repeat customer and greets you accordingly ("Oh, you know the drill--as one of our valuable customers etc..."). As far as I know, the only result of all this detailed knowledge has been reliably consistent pizza always delivered almost exactly 35 minutes after I call.
And we're persnickety orderers. For example, tonight's order consisted of the following:
1) a small pepperoni pizza with no sauce (for younger kid)
2) a large pizza with
2.1) no sauce and pepperoni on one half (for older kid)
2.2) chopped tomatoes on the other half (because I miss the sauce but the older kid doesn't like it when it bleeds onto his half)
2.3) a little cup of pesto on the side (again, for me because the older kid doesn't like it bleeding onto his side).
(It's not for nothing that my list of kid eats is called "This Is Why We Can Never Go Someplace Nice.") I was even embarrassed to give such a high-maintenance order, but the person on the phone didn't even blink. (Well, she might have blinked, but I didn't hear it.) Once, they overcooked one of our pizzas, and when we called to tell them, they sent over another one, free of charge.
So honestly, I can't complain about these guys. The only thing that keeps them from five stars is that the pizza itself isn't the ne plus ultra of pizza, but what do you expect with delivery food? Piecora's (http://www.yelp.com/bi...), Tutta Bella (the Columbia City one, http://www.yelp.com/bi... -- we'll talk about the Wallingford one some other time), and Serious Pie (http://www.yelp.com/bi...) don't deliver, so we go with Pagliacci. Beats the hell out of Domino's.Listed in: Wes's Wallingford, This Is Why We Can Never Go…

***This review is based on a different scoring system***
Pizza enjoyment, naturally, increases exponentially as the quality of ingredients used increases. This can be seen in the following equation:
e=i(x)*p(z)
Where 'e' is enjoyment 'i' is ingredients and 'p' is preparation. 'x' and 'z' represent variables in which will directly affect the end result of 'e' 'enjoyment'.
Pagliacci does a good job of keeping their variables high which results in their high quality of pizza.
Go here for a good slice. -

Hungry? Eat Pagliacci pizza!
(I'll admit, I'm a little bit biased, but my word is good!)
The food and service is great. In the 90s, my Mom and I walked down the street and around the corner every Friday night to pick up a large pepperoni from Pagliacci. The service, from what I can remember, was pretty good. The boys at the counter were very friendly. And they alway gave us extra parmesan cheese, because they knew that I liked pouring tons of it onto my pizza. I don't know who is managing the joint now, but, there are still very nice folks working there. I went back to Wallingford with a friend last weekend, and we ordered a large delivery pizza to split.
And anyone who has had Pagliacci pizza knows, they, especially for a chain, make an incredible pie. -

Tried the Parma Primo the other day and was floored. So scrumptious, Pagliacci gets that elusive fifth star.
They couldn't have come up w/ a more perfect combination of toppings: fresh tomatoes, basil, prosciutto, mushrooms, mozz, and creamy, tangy goat cheese on crispy-chewy olive oil crust.
Just when I'm trying to clean up my diet and swear off delivery/takeout, something like the Parma Primo comes along and ruins everything. Oh well, I hear one pieces are back in.Listed in: Pizza Please!

This review is more of a rememberance, as I have moved from Seattle about 5 years ago. But nothing in Vancouver comes close to pagliacci. Canadian bacon and pineapple was my favorite, but their seasonal specials were amazing (pear, blue cheese and walnut comes to mind). And I always liked wallawalla season! The pagliaccio salad is good too.
The crusts are thin, but with some edge to chew on, if you like that, and the sauce just right. Friendly staff. Fond memories. Highly recommended. -

Not east coast pizza - but nothing is on this side. If I was in NY, NJ, or PA this place would get 1 star. Since were in Seattle - it gets 3.
Crappy pizza but edible (which is an accomplishment in this no-decent-pizza city)
Also, just like all the other pizza places out here - the price is insanely high for pizza. -

After re-ordering the Margherita pizza a few times, Pag's has redeemed themselves! Less salt, more basil-y, tomatoe-y goodness.
It almost feels like eating healthy when I don't go for the meat pizza. :)Listed in: Pizza Pizza

What!! 'Spicy Pepperoni Pizza', with pepperoni from Salumi Artisan Cured Meats?!?!? That is amazing, and exactly as good as it sounds.
Pagliacci is a time-honored Seattle pizza joint, and believes that quality ingredients are a 'must' for any pie. The tomato sauce is made fresh every day, for example, and each ingredient is sourced from small family operations -- real cheese, quality dough, fresh and excellent and consistent every time.
The result is an excellent pizzeria-style pie -- a thin, deliciously chewy crust, tangy sauce, tasty mozarella... currently my favorite Seattle area delivery pie!
The Stone Way location is the most convenient to my house, and is always running ahead of schedule with both pickup and delivery. -

I heart Pagliacci customer service. They are seriously the best in the biz, having a call center is genius. Every time I call they are always friendly and nice. Doesn't hurt that the pizza is awesome too. Love me some Pagliacci!

Great pizza. Yummm. Had the prosciutto with mushrooms and goat cheese topped off with fresh basil and tomatoes and made with a olive oil garlic sauce. The pizza was thin and simply delish.

This is based off of delivery.
First this is no East Coast Pizza.
It's hard not compare every slice off pizza I ever eat to a hole in the wall pizzeria - where the cook only spoke Italian and the owner was Jewish (the pepperoni was not pork, but beef that tasted just like pork, but with less oil) So, this pizza falls short.
Delivery was faster than I got quoted and I got a free sample of blackberry gelato since I was a first time customer.
So, for northwest this is what I expect for pizza and I'm a sucker for any delivery place that has root beer on the menu. -

Our holiday schedules have been super busy which means we've been ordering a lot of pizza lately. I know I won't be disappointed when I choose Pagliacci. Pizza is to die for and my personal fav is the Brooklyn Bridge. Delivery is fast and the staff (on the phone and the delivery person) is always friendly. Their website is also very well done which is a big help. I've never understood how any business, in Seattle no less (and our huge tech industry) could have a bad website. Well, Pagliacci has it right on all fronts.
Also, someone mentioned how their call center has all of your info on hand. I agree that that makes the whole experience that much better. Their caller id identifies you as a repeat customer and from that they pull up your payment info and your ordering preferences. Often I'll just say "We'll have what we had last time...Yes, delivery to the same place... Yes, same credit card..." Boom, I'm done! Yummy pizza at my doorstep. -

I've ordered a few times from here and I think the service is very quick. The last time I ordered here my husband and I were moving into our apartment and boom delivery call about 20 minutes later. It couldn't have been sooner since we had been so busy unpacking that we forgot to eat for hours. Great job Pagliacci!

Okay, it doesn't hurt that this location is just a couple blocks from our apartment and typically my fiance and I find ourselves walking down to pick up a large cheese pizza at least twice a month when we're too lazy to cook for ourselves or to drive anywhere for food. Our experiences have overall been pretty awesome and the quality of the pizza has been above average.
Unfortunately, there was one occasion that left us less than satisfied with their service. It was a typical weeknight and we'd phoned in an order to have it picked up at the Stone Way location. We told that our large cheese pizza would be ready for pickup in about 20mins. My fiance went down to pick up the pizza about 20min later and was told by an employee that it was not ready yet and was still going to take another 18min or so. My fiance then paid for the pizza and opted to sit down and wait for it to be ready. Another 45min later, my finace was still sitting there and getting quite agitated when another employee asked him what he was waiting for and he told him 'A large cheese pizza, it should've been ready over an hour ago' The employee then looked in the back and located the pizza and handed it over with a weak 'Sorry for the wait, man.' It seems as though our order was either misplaced, forgotten or there was some sort of lack of communication but it took us long time before we wanted to order from this location again.
I want to give 4-5 stars but my man is still bitter and $18 is still pretty pricey for a large cheese pizza. -

I live right down the street, but have only eaten here a handful of times because it is too expensive. I don't know why Seattlites think that a good pizza means having anything more than good tomato sauce and cheese (what's with all the "gourmet" pizza places?!!), but a cheese pie from Pagliacci is the closest I've come to NYC style pizza. However, I don't like paying lots of money for pizza (wtf? $25??!!), so overall I think Pagliacci is decent.
But you want to know what's really sad? Costco has become my primary pizza joint. Can you blame me though - you can't beat $10 for a 18" pie with fresh veggies. -

So I ordered two pizzas & a jug of soda from these guys recently. Just straight pineapple on one & chicken, spinach with an olive oil spread on the other. The driver shows up within 20 mins. As I meet her at the door to pull out money for the exchange, she hands me a card signed by the staff at the Wallingford store and says "This one's on us!" Yep thats right!! Pagliacci's picked up the entire tab on my dinner and basically said I was selected randomly as a valued customer to have my dinner on the house. Not only were the pizzas piping hot, the toppings hearty, the crust crispy chewy & the Sprite refreshingly cold, I was absolutely floored. When I said "Are you serious?", the driver nodded and said, "We aspire to be the nordstroms of pizza so enjoy....." and almost left without me getting a chance to tip her (luckily I did). These guys have once again cemented my loyalty! Go Pagliacci's Pizza!!

Review from Moe C.

What more can you say about Pagliacci? They're pricey, but their pizza is the freshest, tastiest delivery option in Seattle. I love that they have a pesto option. Drivers always seem friendly. Their specials, when they run them, are usually creative or seasonal, not the gimmicky sort of thing you'd expect from say, a Domino's. The reps who answer the phone sound like they're off in a dedicated room somewhere, not trying to juggle making a pizza while taking your order or putting you on hold to talk to someone else, like you find with many chains. I guess you get what you pay for, but if I could change anything, it would be to lower the prices a little.
