DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Their turn around is approximately 4-5 business days so not ideal for people needing a next day service unless you want to pay triple the price. I had been bringing my husband's shirts here for over a year and have had a few minor incidents. I would just shrug it off but the final straw broke right after Christmas 2011. I brought in 12 shirts to be cleaned but I asked that they be back within three days (I was willing to pay extra) or I would have to take them to a different cleaner as my husband needed the shirts for a business trip. I was told it would be no problem at all; the lady even made a special note on all of the tags that they were to be a RUSH and MUST be back the day requested. I came in the day they were supposed to be done and was told the truck is late so I have to wait. I went and shopped around the mall for an hour and then went back. I was told the truck had arrived but unfortunately my shirts were not on the truck. I had to have them that night as my husband was leaving again first thing in the morning. I had to wait for the Lady to call around and find the shirts. It turns out they never even left the Dry Cleaning Depot. By this time it was 7:15pm and I had to make it to the west End of Edmonton to the Depot to pick up my Shirts by 8:00pm. I made it with three minutes to spare and got my shirts. I was told I didn't have to pay and that they were so sorry for the inconvenience.
To my surprise I get a call on my cell phone two weeks later saying that the lady at the West End Depot was mistaken and that I must come back immediately and clear up my FULL bill. I tried explaining to the lady on the phone what happened and she said to me "Honey, nothing in life is free. Please come back and clear up you bill or we will be forced to take ACTION". So I am not sure what her implied "Action" is but what a terrible way to treat your customer.
I will never use this company again! Obviously they don't care if I come back either accept to pay my "outstanding" bill of $32.00.
