This review is only for the regular guys haircut I've been getting at outshine with different stylists over the last few years. I haven't taken advantage of any of the other services they offer.
I've been happy with all but one of the haircuts I've had from probably 8 different people over the last 4+ years. They're almost always on time, their pricing is reasonable, their new space is great and most of the stylists I've had are easy to strike up conversation with and generally nice, warm people.

Outshine Hair Design & Esthetics is located at 890E Esquimalt Rd in Victoria, BC---only ten minutes from the downtown core. We offer a wide range of hair and esthetics services: from colour, highlights and cuts, to facials, pedicures and waxing. We are a Brazilian Blowout certified salon and all of our stylists and estheticians are licenced and experienced.
