I've had friends and Yelp friends come here to get their cars fixed and can happlily say that Otto has done good for them.
For me, I've had body work done and it wasn't bad, but then it was done by the previous owners.
The current owners seem to have a knack for their service and hopefully it continues.
I know that they did some great work on my co-workers car and she was happier and more satisfied that she thought she would be. Especially when the other company that quoted her work seemed like they wanted to rip her off.
Here, they treated her/us well. -

This is the beauty of the Yelp community , I contacted Larry L. to recommend a reliable auto body shop in Richmond and now I'm writing a review!
I was very happy with my experience with Otto Auto Service. First of all, I love that this is a family run business (two brothers and their dad Otto- who has been in the car industry for years). They were super friendly, helpful and most importantly when it comes to getting car work done, they were honest. They actually charged LESS than the original ICBC estimate!
There is a Enterprise Rental shop across the lane and they have basic courtesy cars available too. I also appreciated receiving text messages to let me know when my car was ready. Oh! They also discovered that my rear windshield wiper was missing and went to the trouble of calling the dealship to see how much a replacement would cost- now that's customer service.
My car came back looking like new and I am a happy customer.
