I wanted Indian food and my hungry self found http://orderit.ca to order from. This service has a lot of restaurants to choose from. If you don't mind overpaying and under-receiving (in over an hour time) then this is the service for you!
Automatic 15% added gratuity and taking over an hour to arrive lukewarm... Not impressed in the least.
The food was pretty decent but because it took so long and they added the gratuity, I wasn't a fan. You end up paying more because you use this service. Better to find a decent restaurant that does delivery.

I got roped into ordering via these dudes again because of a recent discussion about online delivery, but only because I had a $10 credit kicking around on my account thanks to the last time they effed up my order. Could it get worse? Why yes, yes it could.
4:03pm. Placed order online with Little India. Estimated delivery time "between 4:01pm and 5:01pm." I should have known something was amiss given the discrepancy between actual time and estimated delivery time (being in the past).
5:20pm. Called customer service to find out the coordinates of my runaway Chana Masala. Classic response: "The driver just left. He should be there within 10 minutes." As I'm bitching about the wait time to Brian B, he's all "Relax, bromigo, in New York that shit takes hours. You'll be lucky if it arrives an hour from now."
5:58pm. Food finally arrives. The driver looks like he just fell off a tillage tractor and is a scrawnier, white trashier version of Triple H, the cerebral assassin (http://images.fanpop.c...).
To my own shock the food is actually still warm, but I am NOT impressed.Listed in: Ordering Online

I too had a terrible experience with them. Food arrived late (over an hour) and COLD. Their online system is also very difficult to navigate.
