Today I took my mom to One Spa Retreat and we both had a fabulous experience!
Julie took fantastic care of me with a facial, mani, and pedi treatments. She has a great quality of touch and I look forward to going back for a massage in the near future. She is also very friendly and can easily engage in conversation, but also is mindful and respectful of the client's time and can refrain from conversation during the treatment. A 5-star spa therapist!
My mom enjoyed her treatments from Lina. She even commented a few times after we left about how nice she was and what a great job she did.
The environment itself is very clean and serene. A great spa in Mississauga!Listed in: Services., Adventures with Vouchers

I come here for yoga on a regular basis and have had a couple mani/pedis here as well. The staff are always friendly, professional, and very welcoming. The yoga studio is beautiful and warm and relaxing and no one blinks an eye at you if you decide to stay and mediate for a while after class. No pretentious chanting, just great yoga. They still offer an introductory special to new yoga clients, I believe it's $20 for 10 days of unlimited classes - and it's well worth it! If you're a beginner, start with the Hatha classes, and for a real challenge, try Colin's Ashtanga. I regularly do the Vinyasa Flow - very energizing and relaxing at the same time. And it's hard to beat the class package prices. This place can't be beat!

They are shut down now, so not that anyone can purchase any services anymore, but I had purchased 6 session in advance and now with two left and no company to fulfill, I have basically wasted $300. Not very happy.

Beautiful atmosphere and warm friendly atmosphere. I would recommend this spa to anyone.
