I've only had experience talking with the receptionist and not the actual contractor. First impressions are important right?
Well, I scheduled an appointment to fix my A/C. It was $99 to have them come out. I found a better place that offered $69 so I called back to cancel my appointment.
The receptionist was respectful when I initially called but when I called to cancel, she was abrupt and rude and hung up quickly. Needless to say, this ensured that I would never contact them in the future, nor recommend them. On top of that, she neglected to tell the contractor the next day.
