I have to give this place lots of stars just for the quality of the staff. With 4 adults and 3 kids, on a Friday night, we tried a place down the street and were rudely rebuffed, so we were pleasantly surprised at how accomodating the staff at On The Docks was. They moved stools from the bar to a round table to fit us all in, and did so happily. They made our night with their friendly service.
Food was basic pub fare at reasonable prices. Not the greatest beer list (i hate a place that offers Rickards red as your "dark beer" option), but that is the only negative thing I have to say. I enjoyed my greek salad with chicken, everything was tasty and they treat you well.
Nice location, with two decks overlooking the water. -

My roommate is from Muskoka and I recently went home with her for a long weekend. We stopped by On the Docks to meet her friends for drinks.
Since it was summer, we enjoyed sitting outside at the upstairs bar. The crowd was laid back, the live music was good, and I knocked back a couple of Bloody Caesars.
The area of town nearby really makes On the Docks lots of fun. I can imagine how busy it gets when winter makes everyone stay indoors!
