Very poor administration. They changed my appointment time once. That's ok. However, when I came in at my scheduled time for my appointment. I was told I better go out for a coffee because the the doctor was still with other patients. So I went back 20min later, I was told that there were still 3 ppl ahead of me!!!! I waited there for another hour, and I tried to ask how that happened. Their front dest manager was rude and very impatient.
