I have been coming here almost my whole life, Dr. Frame is my family Doctor and I absolutely recommend this clinic. The administrative problems are horrendous but the Dr's here are great! They take the right amount of time with each patient (which is why they can run behind!) but they really care here. I wish the waiting room was bigger since this place is often packed, and it would be nice if the front desk trolls took some anti-depressants. If your taking time off from work to go here, take double the time you think you need!

The doctors at this clinic have always been amazing. Buutttt.... The problem is with the staff at the front desk. These are HORRIBLY rude and angry people. I understand that working at the front desk at a walk in clinic can be a stressful job but there is no excuse to be so blatantly rude to people. I don't know if this chicks need to get laid more often, if they litterally have sticks jammed up their asses or if they just get off on treating people like garbage but every single person who works the front desk at this clinic is a huge bitch. I'm already waiting an average of THREE to FOUR hours to see a doctor. So I don't need to be subjected to the attitude of these sad, sad women. God I hate them so much.

I had a new doctor today, some eastern european type and she was totally useless. I told her something that should be a red flag to any qualified doctor and no reaction! I asked her twice what my blood pressure reading was and both times she fobbed me off with "fine." I asked her the name of the specialist she referred me to , and she refused to tell me! What the he**? She is NEVER seeing me again.
