Footwear thats good for the soul. Oh My Sole is a prime Halifax shoe location specializing in the comfort and functional side of things. With a vast selection of high quality soles, this shop is at the forefront of its competition to say the least.
Friendly service and the comfort of independently owned, I will continue to be down with the cool shoes. Birkenstocks, travel shoes, sneakers, flats, sandals-- Oh My Sole provides a well stocked opportunity and maximum selection.
What else can I say? Its a guaranteed hit and place to head if you're in the market. -

Welcome to the home of footwear-by-function. These comfort-centric shoes are made to keep you on your feet with a major focus on brands and styles that separate style from long-lasting bodily harm. You know those four-inchers you haul out for Saturday nights, ladies? Yeah...they'll get you in the end.
A lot of the styles and brands just aren't for me but having sold shoes for many years, I do recognize that they're all quite high quality, well-made, and do what they say they'll do. Folks with touchy hips, knees, or spines will find a happy place here, as will anyone who's on their feet for most of the day.
Staff are helpful and patient but can get overwhelmed on busier days. Their approach really requires one-on-one attention so maybe don't try to get top service in the midst of a busy Saturday. -

This is a specialty shoe store with an emphasis on healthy feet and properly-fitted footwear. It began as an offshoot of Curwin Health & Sport, a sports medicine and rehab clinic that specialized in custom orthotics and physiotherapy.
They now stock a wide range of athletic, orthopedic and therapuetic footwear that also happens to be stylish.
The staff in this store are really knowledgeable and the products are top-notch, including Blundstone (my personal favourite), Ecco and Mephisto brands.
Prices are quite high, for obvious reasons, but the quality of everything here is so good that you won't be back in the store looking for another pair in a few months, the way you might with, you know, your Payless shoes. -

Oh my word, Oh my Sole. I'm what you call comfort-driven. I think with each year I add to my life, I become more and more interested in breathable clothing and arch support. Don't get me wrong, I loves the fashion - but if it costs me my ability to do an impromptu high-kick, then it's a no-go.
I've been to this purveyor of tootsie comfort on many occasions. The staff are quite well informed on foot-health and are able to assist you in finding styles to suit your needs. They have Birkenstocks, the tree-planting, world trekking, camping-loving shoe of choice, as well as other brands such as Blundstone and Clarks. They sell all varieties, sneakers, sandals, flats, etc., as well as those jaw-dropping rocker sneakers that I've heard are fantastic for people with serious foot/back issues.
Whatever you need in quality footwear, you'll find it at this independent shoe store. The prices may make you a little light-headed, but hey, that's what happens when you treat your feet right. I recommend paying the price and upping your comfort levels with a pair of shoes from Oh My Sole. -

Oh My Sole! is one of the finest shoe stores in the Halifax area.
This is one of my go-to places when I need comfortable shoes. I work retail as a side job and I'm a bit, shall we say, fluffy - so my poor feet and hips need a cushy shoe to keep them from rebelling completely. Oh My Sole! provides a great selection of shoes to fit the bill.
Oh My Sole!'s staff are all trained in getting a perfect fit for your shoes. Whether you're in the market for sneakers, sandals or walking shoes, Oh My Sole! has something for you.
It was at Oh My Sole! that I learned comfortable shoes don't have to be ugly. Their styles run the gamut from hearty shoes ready to take on the world to clogs with definite cute appeal.
If you, like me, have foot problems, Oh My Sole! is one of your definite go-to spots. I'm giving them four stars instead of five because the prices definitely make these shoes out of reach of many consumers. -

I was recently on the hunt for a new pair of shoes. I always go to the higher end stores such as this first. The reason is because , you might pay a little more, but you will get a better fit, quality and still keep style.
I am all about comfort for the feet. I really feel our feet do not get enough attention from us. I see people spend huge amounts of money on things, that I shake my head at, but want only the cheapest for shoes. People , please, our feet hold us up, walk us around, jog for us, dance for us, I mean you need to invest in your shoes.
That being said, yes I found a pair, I needed something for work. I lucked out Big Time! I went and they had a huge selection of shoes on sale, end of season, I believe. Well I got a $158.00 pair of beautiful shoes for $15.00! I could not believe it, I actually had to ask the guy to double check the price.
I have another pair of really cool shoes for my Christmas list. Although they are not on sale, they are worth it, $130.00.
The average shoe here is from $100 +, but they will last you a long time. -

Walking on a cloud could not feel any better then this. Summer time coming and me being a lover of the high wedge shoes was on a mission for something comfortable for my feet.
Hight recommend by many off I go to Oh My Sole. Really the selection for dress shoes is not that extensive. To me they remind me of old ladies shoes. BUT I must say that I did find what are called Mephisto which is a form of sandal. Well then ran me over $120 but wow what a difference when you place them on, it is almost like you stand straight and your posture changes. So long story short they are amazing on my feet. Go check out the selection as the staff are very knowledgeable when it comes to these forms of shoes. They will tell you the benefits of these but I think you will know when you put then on your feet.
