Businesses come. Businesses go. All leave barely used office furniture. Office Furniture Wholesale, despite the name, is open to the public. I find this a great place to buy a computer chair. Yeah, you can get something at WalMart or Ikea for $90 but the quality is always terrible. Those chairs fall apart after a couple years. Office furniture is built to last for years if not decades. For the price of a cheapo Ikea office chair, you can get a used heavy duty computer chair for the same price. And the back isn't going to come apart. The bolts aren't going to come lose. And these things are already put together! No having to follow 38 easy steps.
Lots of great free parking. The guy who runs it is pretty mild mannered and not a hard pressure sales guy.
