Great boat ride up to the hot springs. Friendly and outgoing driver. Spent some time to look at a couple of whales.
Took the plane back which was totally worth the extra price. -

Their services are expensive (like everything in Tofino), but we were satisfied. We made the trip to Meares Island (highly recommended) on their boat and had a good time. I could consider them for other trips too.

I took my parents on the 6 hour hot spring tour. It took 1.5 to get there and another 1.5 to get back. Time actually spent at the spring is less than 2 hours. My parents absolutely loved it and had a great time and could ve stayed longer. There were only two points that could be improved upon.
1. Miss B. Haven was the boat's name. Awesome name! The boat captain was a younger guy, but very knowledgeable. He stopped when there were anything cool to see like whales and otters. However, he didn't really explain too much about the spring at all. We had never been there. So we missed payment box and had to go back. We had no idea it was a 20 min trek to get to the spring and thought we were lost at one point. He just didn't tell us anything about the springs on route.
2. I got the tour through Groupon. On the Groupon it clearly stated that "HST and gratuity not included" which meant we should be charged just these two items upon redeeming the Groupon. But we were also charged fuel charges and out of principle, I asked why? They told me it was a tax and they had to charge it. I think they don't know what they are talking about. Furl charge is a charge, not a tax... -

We used them to take a boat trip out to the hot (warm) springs and they were great. Ask for Graham, he will talk your ear off and has tons of knowledge. They were professional and reliable

Tourist trap for naive to area but if you've never seen whales it's a must. Hot springs jaunt is an awesome experience and the boardwalk to the springs is an engineering accomplishment I still ponder.
