  We have been using Nutri-Lawn's lawn care services now for over 6 years.  They have been wonderful to work with.  They understand customer service and are always available if you have any questions or concerns.  Their employees who do the lawn applications are very knowledgeable too and are all very friendly.  The company has always gone above and beyond for us and our lawn looks amazing.  I have recommended them to our friends, family and neighbours.  Thanks Nutri-Lawn!

  I was truly amazed by this company's service. I delayed booking a lawn care company thinking that I could take care of the weeds myself.  Nope. The store products didn't work. I finally decided to call Nutrilawn. My neighbour recommended them after using them for years. I called the office and they showed up the next day! That kind of response is unheard of. I am so relieved to have my weeds treated before the weekend. I will certainly recommend Nutrilawn to my friends too.

  Profoundly disappointing results - my lawn looked better when I took care of the fertilizing and weed control myself.  We tried them for one year on two of our houses.  All I have to say is keep very, very close tabs on them to ensure you are getting what you are paying for.  We kept getting progress reports on the state of the lawn on one of our rental properties (printed on the back of the invoices) that suggested that all was good.  We visited the property during the summer only to find a complete weed infestation - seriously...there were more weeds than grass in the front, and a significant weed infestation in the back.  We were more than floored.  Also, after spending nearly $1,000 on two properties for the year, they proceeded to harrass us with countless phone calls, invoices and messages regarding a $44 ($44!!!) invoice for a service call made less than 10 days after we paid all the accounts and verified that we were done for the year.   Sadly, I can't recommend these folks to anyone wishing achieve a great lawn with excellent service.  Perhaps we were the exception, but it was bad enough for us to decline using them in the future.

  I appreciate you reaching out with your comments. However, there is much more to the story. Nutri-Lawn has an excellent guarantee, if you are not happy, contact us and we will resolve any issue with a service you booked on for. We are not on your lawn every day so 'if' you have weed seeds in the soil and they  germinate in between services, you would need to contact us.  In fact, after the July application it rained, Courtney was proactive and redid the weed control at no charge. It was not until September and your conversation with Joe that the weed problem was discussed. Joe took the time to explain that calling us in between scheduled apps if weeds pop up is no problem. It is not reasonable or fair to say the rental property was a problem, while the In the case of your tenant (without going into details), he was unable to cut and water as requested when you booked on.
  At the time of booking it was discussed what weeds the new products can control and which ones cannot be controlled. With dandelions we have no problem controlling them, but the crabgrass you had was not controllable as discussed at the outset with you. The crabgrass did not start that year, the quantity and life cycle indicates you had a crabgrass problem while you were handling the weed control.
  All in all Robert, you are a busy guy, I get that. There was a lot of telephone tag and in 3 of the calls to you, you were out of town (Country). Lawn care is a 2 way street, we make sure stay in touch with Clients as to what agronomic problems exist and we expect Clients to contact us if an issue arises.
  In all this, if you feel we did you wrong, I apologize. I would be pleased to meet you on the lawn and resolve any issues.
