Don't go here - terrible customer service!
Visited store for some trim boards this past week - 4 employees on duty - none offered assistance. Finally got help (I had to ask) from one associate who was chatting away with his co-workers - unfortunately, I knew more about his products than he did! Went to the two associates at the counter - they, in turn, produced a catalogue and told me 'this is our entire line and so, just pick one'. Fourth associate was, when asked, slightly more helpful in cutting a sample piece - I promptly took it to buy my product elsewhere.
All in all, the staff at the Richmond location was disinterested, sullen, and offered little in the way of customer service.
