My husband and I were looking for a brand new couch for our new place. We visited Novo Furniture because of a glowing recommendation. We made the right decision!
David, the owner, is extremely helpful, friendly, and patient. We must have looked at every fabric sample they had (must be in the hundreds) and sat on their couches dozens of times.
The store is nicely laid out with contemporary options. We settled on a beautiful grey sectional called Jacob. It arrived within three weeks, less than the estimated six weeks. Not only did we receive free shipping, we also got two bottles of wine, a white for me and a red for my hubby, with the delivery!
We'll most definitely buy from Novo again. Highly recommend! -

I walked past this furniture shop many times but I didn't go in because I thought the prices would scare me and I'd become depressed if I looked at all the beautiful items that I could not afford. However, having just moved into a new unit down the road I decided it was time to start searching for some new furniture to match, so in I ventured.
To my absolute pleasure NOVO was filled with great pieces at very reasonable prices. There were gorgeous dark wood coffee tables, inexpensive modern lamps ($65), and an incredibly comfortable velvet covered sofa complete with a square "coffee table ottoman" and chaise. I have to admit however, that I think this sofa was the most expensive item in the store at about $2400.
The owner of the store, David, was a lovely guy and an Aussie, so we got along well. He was helpful and friendly but not at all pushy and I never felt awkward in the store, even though I was the only one there.
Come to NOVO if you're looking for a stylish sofa, coffee table, or lighting that won't break the bank. You'll be very pleasantly surprised. -

I've passed this store many times, but never got to go in, so when I finally did it was a great surprise. And I was glad I did. Not over priced, and still innovative, the sofas and accessories are very European, comfortable and functional. The staff is ready to help you at all times, giving you suggestions and matching your taste with a desired price point. The sofas are very comfortable and I loved their chaises that moonlight as coffee tables. It is a bit pricey but worth it, all of a few thousand dollars for it.
